"We have been working with Mark now for a couple of years, and we are on the third edition of our website. The first edition was set up by another company and we weren’t very happy with it, or the fact that we could not edit the site ourselves. We also had a problem with the host site, and our website was hit with a virus that was difficult to eliminate.
Mark modified the website so that we could do the editing ourselves, and was very patient in teaching us how to find the right symbols for html. It allowed us to add a lot of data and do corrections immediately. We now host our website with Mark, and this has eliminated any further problems with viruses.
We are now working on a new website with Mark, which has search functions and is much more user friendly. We have found him to always be courteous and understanding.
